A: We have about 15 QC workers and do quality inspection in every process.

3:Free Samples and free design

Q3: Can I Get Samples before Mass Production? The Sample Charge Refundable or not?

A: It’s honor for us to offer samples, our comany can provided the samples for free, only shipping cost paid by your side. PPS and Finished Product Samples are welcomed, sample charge can be refunded as long as order confirmation.

4:Short Lead Time

Q4: How Many Days Will Samples be Finished? How about The Mass Production?

A: Generally, 3 to 5 days digital sample or dummy sample, about 7 days for finished product sample.Lead time for mass production need about 15 to 20 days based on the order quantity.

5:Custom Logo or desgins can be printed on Products/ Package

Q5: Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on Your Products or Package?

A: Sure. all our printing products are customized,  your Logo or design can show on the products by Printing, embossed, debossed, gold/silver foil, color hot stamping, spot UV, etc.

6:Delivery Terms & Payment Terms

Q6: What’s your delivery terms and payment terms?

A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

T/T wire transfer, Paypal and Western union payment are acceptable here. Generally, 30% deposit and balance paid before delivery/ against copy of B/L request for order payment.

7:  professional design team.

Q7: which format artworks do you need?

As a general rule, we need PDF or AI format artworks for printing,  we have 20 professional designers to provide cutting line and help you to creat the designs if you need, especially in packaging field with innovative design idea.
